Opportunity 1: Early Career Program Talent Specialist

(For Affirm – Remote, CAN base pay range: $80,000–$100,000)

Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate, creative Talent Specialist to elevate Affirm’s early career programs, particularly in engineering (new grads, interns, apprentices), while expanding to other departments. You will be responsible for program design, stakeholder collaboration, and talent brand development, all while ensuring a seamless and inclusive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Program Management: Plan and execute Affirm’s early career programs, including the hybrid new grad and apprenticeship programs.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with executive leadership and hiring managers to align program goals with organizational needs.

  • University Relations: Cultivate partnerships with key universities to attract top talent; lead branding and event initiatives.

  • Program Innovation: Design engaging, mission-driven programs tailored for early-career professionals.

Qualifications

  • 2–3+ years of experience managing university relations or early career programs

  • Lead the development of GPT-4 powered applications
