Current Opening: Project Manager (Hybrid Role)

Location: Hybrid (Office to be opened based on staff availability)

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (PM) to lead a national call center that supports the critical mission of locating migrant and migrating children, facilitating family reunification, and providing resources for immigrant youth post-release. This role is vital for ensuring compliance, effective service delivery, and efficient operations within a trauma-informed, child welfare-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Government staff and manage all programmatic, administrative, financial, and operational aspects of the contract.

  • Oversee staffing, training, compliance, and reporting, ensuring alignment with Government requirements and timely delivery of services.

  • Direct call center activities related to:

    • Locating migrant and migrating children

    • Supporting sponsors through the reunification process

    • Reporting allegations of sexual abuse or harassment

    • Providing crisis intervention, safety planning, and community-based referrals.

  • Ensure full compliance with the Contract, performance standards, and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree or higher in Social Work or a related social sciences discipline.

  • Minimum 5 years of child welfare experience, preferably at the management level.

  • Strong expertise in trauma-informed care, child welfare, and services for immigrant youth and families.

  • Bilingual capabilities (strongly preferred).

  • Must be willing to work in a hybrid capacity.

Overview:
We are looking for a Finance Analyst II who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will provide essential analytical and operational support to our Finance team, with a focus on Quanata, LLC and HiRoad Assurance Company. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to grow in the finance domain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support financial reporting, month-end close, and conduct trend/variance analysis.

  • Manage accounts payable operations, vendor compliance, invoice processing, and tax reporting.

  • Execute payment transactions, manage daily cash flow, and conduct reconciliations.

  • Resolve financial inquiries and disputes, identify root causes, and suggest process improvements.

  • Maintain accurate financial records for internal and external audits.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to meet finance goals and organizational objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

  • 0-2 years of relevant finance/accounting experience (internships welcome).

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.

  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to confidentiality.

Salary Range: $74,000 - $97,000 (based on skills and experience)
