Cyber Threat Intelligence Manager

Position Purpose:

The Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) Manager is responsible for leading the development and execution of strategic and tactical threat intelligence initiatives. This role involves managing a team of analysts to proactively identify, assess, and mitigate cyber threats, while ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of the organization’s CTI strategy.

  • Manage, mentor, and grow a team of 6–10 CTI analysts to ensure high performance and career development.

  • Integrate threat intelligence into security operations by collaborating with Threat Hunting, Detection Engineering, and Vulnerability Management teams.

  • Oversee the collection and analysis of threat data from internal sources, OSINT, commercial feeds, and government channels.

  • Produce and deliver actionable intelligence products, such as threat reports, adversary profiles, and TTP (Tactics, Techniques, Procedures) analysis.

  • Enable proactive defense through the sharing of IOCs and TTPs, supporting adversary emulation, and refining detection capabilities.

  • Engage in post-incident reviews to identify intelligence gaps and drive process improvements.

  • Represent the organization in external threat intelligence-sharing communities, including ISACs, law enforcement, and vendor networks.

  • Communicate complex threat assessments clearly to both technical teams and executive leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 8+ years of relevant cybersecurity experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role.

  • Strong knowledge of cyber threat landscapes, including nation-state actors, cybercrime groups, malware, and ransomware trends.

  • Demonstrated experience with threat intelligence platforms, tools, and frameworks.

  • Excellent decision-making, mentoring, and conflict management skills.

Staff Reliability Engineer

Position Purpose:

The Staff Reliability Engineer ensures the reliability, availability, and performance of systems supporting Customer Order Management Operations. This role leads engineering efforts focused on system resilience, monitoring, automation, and operational excellence, while mentoring junior team members and contributing to technical strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development, deployment, and maintenance of scalable and reliable software systems.

  • Guide the team in selecting and configuring infrastructure tools, ensuring security, performance, and reliability.

  • Create reusable infrastructure components and contribute to architectural documentation.

  • Monitor system performance and implement solutions for high availability, disaster recovery, and security.

  • Collaborate with product teams to ensure that user stories are ready for development and support agile processes.

  • Mentor junior engineers by sharing expertise in reliability engineering principles, debugging, automation, and best practices.

  • Drive continuous improvement through proactive support, root cause analysis, and optimization initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in reliability engineering, DevOps, or site reliability.

  • Proficiency with infrastructure automation tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, Chef).

  • Strong experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Google Cloud, AWS), observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana), and version control.

  • Familiarity with both Unix and Windows systems, and modern debugging practices.

  • Ability to design and implement systems for high performance, efficiency, and resilience.

  • Experience with operational support, SOP development, and technical roadmap planning.
