Job Description

KreditBee is seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Business Partner to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will drive employee engagement, talent management, and spearhead various HR initiatives that foster a positive and productive workplace. You will collaborate closely with HR leadership, functional heads, and key stakeholders to design and implement strategic HR policies, programs, and solutions aligned with the company’s vision and goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with HR seniors and functional heads to develop and execute HR policies, programs, and initiatives that align with KreditBee’s strategic business objectives.

  • Employee Engagement & Culture: Drive initiatives to improve workplace relationships, boost employee morale, and enhance productivity. Champion employee engagement and retention strategies to create a motivating and inclusive environment.

  • HR Cycle Management: Partner with stakeholders across the organization during the annual HR cycle — including performance management, career development, rewards & recognition, merit and bonus allocations, benefits enrollment, and payroll coordination.

  • Policy Compliance & Advisory: Provide timely guidance on HR policy interpretation and application to ensure full compliance with company standards and legal regulations.

  • Talent Acquisition Support: Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to implement targeted recruitment strategies, particularly focused on the sales vertical, ensuring the attraction of top talent.

  • Learning & Development: Design, coordinate, and implement impactful training programs tailored to meet organizational and employee development needs.

  • Employee Relations: Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, grievances, and disciplinary actions with professionalism and confidentiality.

  • Team Development: Build and nurture a high-performing, result-oriented HR team capable of meeting department and organizational goals.

  • Internal Communication: Develop and implement a robust communication framework to improve transparency and internal communications across teams.

  • Employee Satisfaction & Feedback: Drive initiatives based on Employee Satisfaction (ESAT) and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) feedback to continuously improve the workplace environment.

  • Career Planning & Mentorship: Assist in deploying career planning frameworks and mentoring programs to support employee growth and succession planning.

  • Exit Management: Oversee employee exit processes, conduct exit interviews, and share analysis and trends with relevant stakeholders to help reduce attrition and improve retention strategies.

  • Cross-functional Coordination: Act as the HR point of contact within the unit, collaborating with Corporate HR and other departments on various strategic HR projects and initiatives.

  • Immigration & Compliance: Ensure compliance with immigration-related policies and regulations for on-site personnel.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.

  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR role, preferably within the financial services, fintech, or technology industries.

  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, compliance requirements, and best practices.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust and influence at all organizational levels.

  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to conflict resolution and employee relations.

  • Hands-on experience with talent acquisition, performance management, career development, and employee engagement initiatives.

  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, with strong presentation and documentation skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
