As an HR Generalist at Parker Hannifin, you will play a vital role in supporting the overall success of our company by providing a wide range of HR services and support to our employees and managers. Provide support in all areas of human resources, including but not limited to: recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, and training and development. Serve as a resource for employees and managers on HR-related matters, providing guidance and support in accordance with company policies and procedures. Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, conducting interviews, and facilitating the onboarding process for new hires. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Conduct investigations and handle employee relations issues, working closely with managers to resolve conflicts and maintain a positive work environment. Administer benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and terminations, and serve as a liaison between employees and benefit providers. Assist with performance management processes, including performance evaluations, goal-setting, and coaching managers and employees on performance improvement plans. Coordinate and conduct training and development initiatives, including new hire orientations, compliance training, and leadership development programs. Keep up-to-date with employment laws and regulations, and ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to employment. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. Collaborate with the HR team and other departments to develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives that support the company's goals and objectives. Continuously evaluate and improve HR processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by the HR Manager or other members of the leadership team.
