As an HR Manager at The Uwit Job, you will play a pivotal role in driving our talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement innovative recruitment and talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier candidates across diverse sectors and organizational levels.

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending job offers to selected candidates.

  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand department-specific talent needs and provide expert guidance throughout the hiring process.

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a smooth and positive recruitment experience.

  • Oversee comprehensive onboarding programs to ensure new hires are successfully integrated into the company culture and workflows.
