Description

The HVAC installation Apprentice position is responsible for helping the service technician installing heating and air systems in both residential and commercial settings.

Required Experiences:
  • Excellent customer service, communication skills, and basic computer skills.
  • Preferred: At least 2 years of HVAC installation experience.
  • Must be EPA certified.
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Conduct daily safety briefings.
  • Maintain safe working conditions at all times.
  • Maintain condition, functionality and use of proper PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) at all times.
  • Professionally install all types of HVAC equipment in residential and commercial customer applications.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair all types of HVAC equipment.
  • Look for opportunities to upgrade our customers to newer and more efficient equipment.
  • Always keep the safety of yourself and coworkers first.
  • Must be available to work after hours when needed.
  • Other duties as assigned by leadership.

Physical Demands:
  • Standing, walking, bending, kneeling and/or sitting for long periods of time.
