Job Summary

We are currently hiring for multiple positions of Junior HR / HR Operations / HR Support. This role presents an excellent opportunity for freshers and candidates with up to 5 years of experience to develop their skills in HR administration while gaining exposure to IT consulting activities. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess strong logical and innovative thinking skills, and demonstrate a proactive approach to solving administrative challenges with a professional and courteous attitude. As a Junior HR professional, you will manage various administrative responsibilities and serve as a single point of contact for assigned HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Track and manage end-to-end HR activities including candidate interviews, onboarding, training schedules, and client billings.

  • Provide comprehensive office administration support to ensure seamless daily operations.

  • Accurately track and approve timesheets, ensuring timely submission and validation.

  • Follow up with vendors and clients on invoice processing and payment schedules.

  • Maintain precise records of candidates, assignments, and project statuses.

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential candidates, shortlist CVs, and assist in the recruitment process.

  • Identify and forecast new client projects and contract opportunities to support business growth.

  • Conduct market research focusing on IT markets in the US, UK, and Europe to inform strategic decisions.

  • Collaborate with the HR team on a wide range of HR administration activities and process improvements.

  • Assist with travel arrangements and monitor work permit applications and renewals.

  • Maintain point-to-point tracking systems and ensure accurate documentation is available for all HR and administrative tasks.

  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels using professional written and verbal English.

Requirements and Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you should have:

  • A degree or postgraduate qualification in a relevant field.

  • 0 to 5 years of relevant experience; freshers are encouraged to apply.

  • Exceptional attention to detail with strong logical and analytical thinking.

  • Genuine passion for HR processes, administration, and IT consulting/delivery functions.

  • Previous experience (minimum 2 years preferred) in roles such as HR Assistant, HR Administrator, Assistant Manager, Accounts Manager, or HR Executive is a plus.

  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Familiarity with visa processing for US, UK, and European markets.

  • Basic knowledge of payroll calculations and compliance.
