The pay range is $71,000.00 - $128,000.00 Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience and certifications. As the Manager, Talent and Experiential, you will be a part of our talent and experiential marketing team, where our role is to bring incremental value to – and reflect the values of our brand, business and guest by working with inspiring, inclusive and resonant partners within Creative Curation as a part the Target Creative. We’re looking for a strategic, creative, and culture-savvy Manager Talent & Experiential to join our team. You’ll be responsible for managing end-to-end experiential strategy and execution for high-impact programs that bring the Target brand to life in unforgettable ways. Anchored in the business strategy, you will take a human approach to talent partnerships and ensure that all partnerships are mutually beneficial and are authentically connected to Target’s brand and business priorities. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional partners across Brand & Category Marketing, Creative, PR, Talent & Influencer Partnerships, Media Strategy, and Social Media, ensuring experiences are culturally resonant, strategically sound, and visually stunning. You’ll work with top-tier agencies and creatives to push boundaries and produce buzzworthy activations that drive engagement and brand love both IRL and online. Travel and IRL presence is required up to 50% of the time to provide on-the-ground, in-market support for our Experiential activations – both locally (within the MSP area) and nationally (across the U.S.). What You’ll Do: Manage experiential strategy from concept to execution Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless integration across all marketing channels Manage budgets, timelines, vendors, and agencies with confidence and clarity Leverage cultural insights, trends, and guest behavior to shape experiences that feel relevant and shareable About You: 8+ years experience in Culture, Creative & Brand strategy, or marketing and event planning Minimum 3 years Experiential Marketing expertise across concept development, production, and execution of large-scale activations, pop-ups, and IRL brand moments. A pulse on culture and trends; leverage insights to shape experiences that are timely, relevant, and shareable. Strategic, big-picture thinker who can anticipate, connect the dots and activate teams Strong creative strategy and business acumen with an ability to write a compelling brief and work against a defined strategy Strategic thinker with experience synthesizing information to generate actionable insights Ability to manage through ambiguity and can be an objective partner that maintains a Guest-centric focus Excellent interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills; proven negotiator and problem-solver skills Thrives in a fast-paced environment with focused prioritization and ability to hold partners accountable A growth mindset (resiliency, curiosity, enthusiasm for the future, bias for action) Comfortable taking risks, driving change and supporting creativity Ability to shape strategic narratives to inspire a shared vision with partners. An avid student of culture and deep passion in the partnerships space Proven ability to build brand moments that scale across PR, social, and digital Insatiably curious and culturally attuned and tapped into trends, influencers Willing and able to travel and work flexible hours as needed to support activations This position may be considered for a Remote or Hybrid (known internally at Target as "Flex for Your Day") work arrangement based on Target's needs.  A Remote work arrangement means the team member works full-time from home or an alternate location that's not a Target location, does not have a desk at a Target location and may travel to HQ up to 4 times a year.  A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member's core role may be performed either remote or onsite at a Target location depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day.
