Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in structured rotations across the NDG Property Team over a two-year period.

About the Role
Join the McDonald’s Corporate Controller Group’s Accounting and Reporting team as the Global Chart of Accounts Process & Governance Lead. In this managerial role, you’ll lead global financial reporting master data processes and governance, helping drive standardization and efficiency across McDonald’s global operations. This position offers unmatched exposure to corporate financial systems, reporting standards, and cross-functional collaboration across McDonald’s global Finance and Global Business Services teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and maintain key Chart of Accounts (COA) policies, control documentation, process flows, training materials, and stakeholder communications.

  • Lead regular master data governance meetings, preparing agendas, pre-read materials, and follow-ups.

  • Manage COA governance issues and act as the first point of contact for corporate function requests (e.g., Tax, FP&A, Treasury, Legal).
