About the Role

McDonald’s is seeking a Senior Manager, Delivery Channel Strategy & 3PO to lead the development and execution of Revenue Growth Management (RGM) strategies within the U.S. Delivery channel. This role focuses on enhancing both first-party and third-party delivery experiences, driving financial performance, and partnering with internal stakeholders and external Delivery Service Providers (DSPs) to achieve strategic growth.

As part of a dynamic and cross-functional team, you’ll bring strategic insights, analytical rigor, and collaborative leadership to improve customer value perception and optimize the economics of McDonald’s Delivery business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own Delivery Channel P&L: Lead the financial management of the Delivery channel, overseeing all economic impacts and ensuring alignment with RGM objectives.

  • Drive RGM Strategy: Activate and optimize pricing, promotions, and value strategies to improve customer experience and business outcomes within the Delivery space.

  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with the RGM Core team to align base pricing, business rules, and Delivery growth initiatives.

  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with the broader Delivery team, including SIP (Strategic Insights & Planning) and Marketing, to understand channel trends and shape future strategies.

  • Data-Driven Analysis: Conduct ad hoc and ongoing performance analyses to identify growth opportunities, evaluate test markets, and inform decision-making.

  • Delivery Partner Engagement: Work with third-party Delivery Service Providers to negotiate improvements and elevate the delivery experience.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience, including 3+ years in consulting, pricing strategy, client services, or revenue management.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field required; MBA or Master’s in Finance, Economics, or Mathematics preferred.

  • Analytical Expertise: Strong capability to analyze large datasets from multiple sources; familiarity with pricing and promotional dynamics in multi-tier environments.

  • Technical Skills:

    • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

    • Experience with Tableau or similar data visualization toPreferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the food service or quick-service restaurant industry.

  • Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
