Salary Range: $149,260 – $190,310 per year (final offer based on experience and qualifications)

Position Summary

The Manager of Global Indirect Procurement – Source to Contract (S2C) plays a critical role in helping McDonald's become a leader in global indirect sourcing and procurement excellence. You will support the end-to-end design, deployment, and continuous improvement of procurement processes, enabling efficient sourcing, contracting, and supplier relationship management globally. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams and contributes to global initiatives that drive process optimization, technology adoption, and standardization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the design and deployment of S2C process improvements, including documentation, system configuration, and stakeholder engagement.

  • Track and manage project milestones, deliverables, and timelines, ensuring alignment with overall business priorities.

  • Assist in the development of training materials and readiness programs related to new S2C initiatives.

  • Gather and analyze data to identify process improvement opportunities and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Facilitate communication between the Global Process Lead, functional teams, and regional business units to ensure seamless execution of procurement strategies.

  • Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, addressing queries and ensuring smooth collaboration.

  • Provide administrative and project support, including scheduling, preparing meeting materials, and maintaining accurate process documentation.

Required Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or related business support role.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills with a proven ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.

  • Solid understanding of procurement and sourcing processes, particularly Source to Contract (S2C), with a desire to grow in this area.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with collaboration/project tools.

  • Detail-oriented and committed to accuracy and quality in all deliverables.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in corporate procurement or global sourcing initiatives.

  • Exposure to process improvement frameworks or technology implementation in procurement functions.

  • Familiarity with S2C platforms or procurement systems.
