Position 1: Microsoft Presales Solution Architect

About the Role:

We are seeking a Microsoft Presales Solution Architect to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with Account Executives (AEs) and Business Development Managers (BDMs) to identify client challenges and architect tailored solutions using Microsoft Cloud technologies. This is a highly collaborative, client-facing role requiring strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage effectively with both technical teams and C-level stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical sales calls with customers in collaboration with AEs and BDMs.

  • Gather business and technical requirements to design effective Microsoft Cloud-based solutions.

  • Develop and deliver compelling demos, proof of concepts (POCs), and client presentations.

  • Create accurate estimates, Bills of Materials (BOMs), Statements of Work (SOWs), and respond to RFx when required.

  • Stay up to date with Microsoft Cloud advancements and pursue relevant technical certifications.

  • Participate in webinars, customer events, and thought leadership activities.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in a technical presales role, or the ability to transition from a client-facing consulting role.

  • 10+ years of combined experience in architecting and implementing Microsoft technology solutions.

  • At least one Microsoft Certification (e.g., MCSE, MCSA, MCP, or Role-Based certifications in Modern Workplace).

  • Expertise in enterprise IT environments and the interplay of various technologies.

  • Proven experience with migrations to Microsoft Cloud, including on-premises to cloud and tenant-to-tenant migrations.

  • Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Intune and endpoint management.

  • Strong understanding of Active Directory, Azure AD / Entra ID, hybrid identity models, and domain migrations.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with Microsoft licensing models (EA, CSP, OV, MPSA).

  • Experience with MS SQL Server environments.

Position 2: Microsoft Copilot Trainer (Part-Time, Contract)

Contract Duration: 6–12 months
Work Schedule: 10–20 hours per week
Preferred Location: Raleigh HQ (local candidates preferred)

About the Role:

We are looking for a Microsoft Copilot Trainer to support our Copilot adoption initiative by delivering engaging, user-focused training sessions. This part-time contract role is ideal for someone passionate about helping users embrace new technologies with confidence and ease. You will work with internal teams, including executive stakeholders, to ensure a smooth rollout and sustained adoption of Microsoft Copilot.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver live virtual and occasional in-person training for internal teams and leadership.

  • Customize training content and style for diverse audiences—from end users to senior executives.

  • Promote best practices, address user questions, and support change management initiatives.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align training with evolving business use cases.

  • Act as a friendly, approachable expert to encourage user adoption and reduce friction.

Qualifications:

  • In-depth experience using and training others on Microsoft Copilot.

  • Strong communication skills; able to confidently present to technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Experience in change management, digital transformation, or user adoption projects.

  • Ability to quickly learn and clearly explain Copilot features and workflows.
