Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Architect / Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead and drive strategic initiatives across Sales, CRM, and Finance & Operations (F&O) modules for enterprise clients. In addition to technical expertise, the ideal candidate will possess strong business program management skills to oversee complex projects, align stakeholders, and deliver high-impact solutions using Microsoft technologies. This dual-role position combines architectural leadership with program management excellence, offering an opportunity to influence enterprise digital transformation at scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architecture & Solution Design

    • Lead the end-to-end design, integration, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, CRM, and F&O solutions.

    • Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance Dynamics 365 systems aligned with business goals.

    • Drive customization, automation, and AI-powered features across Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.

    • Optimize system performance and ensure adherence to best practices in security and compliance.

  • Business Program Leadership

    • Lead complex enterprise projects from strategy through execution, ensuring successful delivery.

    • Develop and execute project plans, defining scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.

    • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including executive leadership.

    • Identify opportunities for business process improvements and drive digital innovation using Microsoft technologies.

    • Monitor project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth delivery.

Required Qualifications

  • Technical Expertise:

    • 10+ years of hands-on experience architecting and implementing Dynamics 365 Sales, CRM, and F&O solutions.

    • Proficient in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), Dataverse, and Azure Services.

    • Strong understanding of API integrations, DevOps pipelines, and enterprise architecture.

    • Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications preferred.

  • Program Management Skills:

    • Proven track record managing complex programs with cross-functional teams.

    • Ability to lead through influence and manage competing priorities effectively.

    • Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder engagement skills.

    • Experience reporting to senior leadership and managing expectations and resources.
