Job Title: Senior Health AI Partnerships & Microsoft 365 Solutions Specialist

Location: Remote (US-based) with occasional travel | Clearance: TS/SCI Required

Key Responsibilities

Microsoft AI – Strategic Health Partnerships

  • Partnership Development: Build and manage relationships with healthcare leaders and internal Microsoft teams. Lead executive meetings and guide partners from initial contact to delivery.

  • Market Strategy & Insight: Monitor healthcare trends, customer needs, competitors, and technology shifts to identify strategic opportunities.

  • Project Execution: Drive delivery of healthcare AI solutions through research, financial analysis, and polished presentations.

  • Leadership & Culture: Help shape a lean, collaborative team environment that drives innovation in health AI.

Parsons – Microsoft 365 Solutions Development

  • Solution Design & Implementation: Develop business solutions using SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, and AI tools for enhanced data analysis.

  • Application Development: Create custom Power Apps and SPFx web parts; manage SharePoint sites and cross-domain solutions.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with technical experts and government clients to deliver secure, scalable solutions supporting high-visibility federal projects.

  • Security Compliance: Operate in secure environments (NIPR/SIPR), ensuring all solutions meet federal and DoD standards.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Liberal Arts, Sciences, or related field.

  • 12+ years experience in healthcare, consulting, business development, or a related domain.

  • 4+ years in Microsoft 365 development with strong expertise in SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, and supporting tech (CSS/HTML5/JSON).

  • Active DoD TS/SCI security clearance.

  • Valid US Passport.

Preferred

  • Deep understanding of the US healthcare ecosystem and executive-level relationship building.

  • Proficiency in financial modeling, P&L analysis, and strategic planning.

  • Experience with AI tools for data-driven decision-making.

  • Microsoft Certifications: PL-900, PL-400, MS-600, PL-300.

  • Experience in DoD or federal government settings, especially supporting intelligence or law enforcement.

  • Comfortable working autonomously in dynamic, ambiguous environments.

Compensation

  • Microsoft AI: Base pay $155,800 - $277,200 (San Francisco/NYC: $202,400 - $303,600)

  • Parsons: $86,700 - $151,700

Additional compensation includes benefits, bonuses, 401(k), flexible schedules, and professional development opportunities.
