  • 5+ years of experience in QA with at least 2 years working in Microsoft 365 environments.

  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), and SharePoint Online.

  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Selenium, Postman, or equivalent QA automation tools.

  • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and DevOps pipelines.

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Viva, Loop, or Copilot Studio.

  • Familiarity with Power BI and data validation strategies.

  • Understanding of AI governance, digital transformation, and federal IT compliance standards.

  • Microsoft Certifications such as PL-100, PL-200, MS-900, or ISTQB QA certification.
