Job Title: Program Manager – Microsoft Cloud Solutions (Modern Work & Analytics)

Location: New York, NY (Hybrid) | Domestic Travel up to 25% | Telecommuting permitted <50% per week

Compensation: $238,600 – $268,600 base per year + Bonus & Incentives

About the Role

Join a global technology leader at the intersection of digital transformation and cloud innovation. We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to drive strategic initiatives that advance Microsoft’s Modern Work and Cloud Analytics solutions portfolio. In this role, you will lead complex programs that enhance customer adoption, drive revenue growth, and deliver value through technical and business excellence.

You’ll work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders, partners, and customers to ensure delivery excellence, while leveraging data-driven insights and engineering principles to influence outcomes. Your mission is to accelerate digital transformation, optimize customer engagement, and deliver measurable ROI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Program Leadership: Own and manage end-to-end delivery of Microsoft Modern Work programs, including M365, Teams, SharePoint, and Azure services.

  • Business Insights & Analytics: Develop and utilize dashboards, tabular models, and reports to uncover actionable insights that guide strategic decisions.

  • Customer Success & Engagement: Leverage CRM, portfolio management, and solution delivery skills to enhance customer satisfaction and long-term value creation.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, sales, and support teams to align program objectives, ensure stakeholder buy-in, and track KPIs.

  • Digital Transformation: Promote compliant, secure, and scalable adoption of Microsoft Cloud technologies that strengthen customer relationships and business outcomes.

  • Risk & Performance Management: Monitor program milestones, resolve issues proactively, and ensure accurate reporting of progress, blockers, and wins.

  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Support sales enablement, contribute to customer-facing materials, and align programs to strategic business goals, including revenue and retention targets.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Education: Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

  • Experience: At least 3 years in program or project management, with 3 years in technical services for business clients.

  • Technical Expertise:

    • Microsoft Modern Work (M365, Teams, SharePoint)

    • Azure Core & Services

    • Cloud Consulting & Industry Trends

    • CRM, Strategic Account & Portfolio Management

    • Business Strategy & Negotiation

    • Solution/Support Delivery & Practice Management

  • Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams; data visualization tools and CRM platforms preferred.

  • Other: Domestic travel up to 25%; remote work allowed under hybrid policy.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Pay: $238,600 – $268,600 annually (NY). Pay may vary by location and experience.
