Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Microsoft Fabric & Power BI Technical Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide expert troubleshooting, support, and advisory services for Microsoft Fabric and Power BI, enabling clients to optimize performance, resolve complex technical issues, and achieve digital transformation goals. You will also play a strategic role in post-sales support, ensuring successful adoption of Microsoft solutions through technical excellence and outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver expert-level troubleshooting and support for Microsoft Fabric and Power BI, resolving client issues quickly and efficiently.

  • Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and analytics to identify root causes of technical problems and implement effective solutions.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert in post-sales environments, advising clients on best practices for deployment, configuration, and performance optimization.

  • Maintain clear, professional communication with clients, ensuring their technical challenges are understood and resolved effectively.

  • Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams, including engineering and sales, to escalate and resolve complex, multi-faceted issues.

  • Assist in the development of customer-centric solutions, which may include rapid prototyping or mini-application builds based on client requirements.

  • Document client interactions, issue resolutions, and common troubleshooting procedures to build a knowledge base and improve future support.

  • Stay informed about the latest developments in Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Azure services, and related cloud technologies.

  • Optionally, contribute to market analysis, competitive intelligence, or product enhancement strategies based on customer feedback.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; or equivalent practical experience.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience managing large-scale distributed enterprise technology deployments, including business analysis, planning, and execution.

  • Proven hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric and Power BI, including troubleshooting, optimization, and performance tuning.

  • Proficiency in Azure services, web applications, web services, virtualization platforms, and SQL Server.

  • Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in a customer-facing role.

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Industrial Engineering/Management (preferred but not required).

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary Range (Irving, TX): $143,666 – $173,666 annually
    (Note: Actual pay may vary based on location, experience, and role complexity. Salary is reviewed annually.)
