Job Title: Digital Sales Solution Specialist – AI Workforce & Microsoft Dynamics 365 Expert

About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Sales Solution Specialist with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and a focus on AI-powered workforce solutions. In this strategic role, you will drive digital transformation for K-12 institutions and enterprise clients by delivering innovative AI and Dynamics 365-based solutions—including Microsoft Copilot—to enhance productivity, streamline operations, and improve employee engagement. You will serve as both a thought leader and technical expert, blending sales strategy with solution architecture to achieve measurable business outcomes.

This is a hybrid role combining strategic customer engagement, technical solution delivery, and full life-cycle implementation experience across Microsoft’s AI and Dynamics 365 ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Digital Transformation Initiatives: Identify, qualify, and drive new opportunities for AI-powered workforce and Dynamics 365 solutions by understanding customer priorities, budgets, and procurement cycles.

  • Customer Engagement & Value Realization:

    • Deliver compelling business cases and solution demonstrations tailored to customer needs.

    • Facilitate customer workshops to explore pain points, spark interest in transformative technologies, and map solutions to measurable outcomes.

  • Sales & Pipeline Management:

    • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline with regular progress updates.

    • Drive year-over-year growth in the adoption of AI productivity tools and Dynamics 365 workloads.

  • Technical Solution Delivery:

    • Lead the full life-cycle implementation of Dynamics 365, including Customer Engagement, Field Service, and Omni Channel modules.

    • Develop and deploy solutions using Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI), Microsoft Portals, and core technologies such as C#, .NET, SQL, SSIS, SSAS, SSRS.

    • Deliver L4 production support for mission-critical applications.

  • Collaboration & Partner Engagement:

    • Coordinate with internal teams and partners to deliver proofs-of-concept and minimum viable solutions.

    • Align with partners to share opportunities and co-deliver customer outcomes.

  • Stay Current & Educate:

    • Stay abreast of emerging technologies, Microsoft solution capabilities, and industry trends.

    • Leverage Microsoft skilling programs and tools to educate customers and support adoption.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience with full life-cycle implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365.

  • Proven experience in technology-related sales or account management (3+ years) with a focus on AI, CRM, or business applications.

  • Strong technical proficiency in C#, .NET, SQL, PowerApps, Power BI, Power Automate, Dynamics CRM SDK, and Microsoft Portals.

  • Experience with ERP implementation principles, Microsoft’s Power Platform, and MS BI Stack (SSIS, SSAS, SSRS).

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools like Teams and SharePoint.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • MS-900: Microsoft 365 Fundamentals or equivalent certification.

  • 2+ years of experience in solution sales or consulting services.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Pay Range (U.S.): $30.53 - $64.62 per hour.

  • San Francisco Bay Area / NYC Range: $48.37 - $69.18 per hour.

  • Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation packages.
