Whether you are driving program strategy or leading ERP implementations, your work will help us empower every person and every organization to achieve more.

You will take ownership of program planning and execution, help define strategic goals, and architect Dynamics 365 F&O solutions tailored for large retail and hardware customers. The ideal candidate is both a skilled Business Program Manager and a seasoned D365 F&O Functional Lead with a passion for delivering measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities

Business Program Management

  • Identify, define, and design opportunities to launch or enhance programs that support strategic business goals.

  • Define program strategy, gather requirements, assess business priorities, and proactively identify risks with mitigation plans.

  • Evangelize programs to stakeholders, partners, and customers to secure buy-in and demonstrate value through clearly defined metrics.

  • Perform landscape research to determine program scope, size of target audiences, and competitive positioning.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure program alignment with broader business strategies and ensure efficient execution.

  • Leverage data and KPIs to monitor progress, drive continuous improvement, and showcase business impact.

Dynamics 365 F&O Sales Order Functional Leadership

  • Lead design sessions, create functional documentation, and architect solutions for retail customers using Dynamics 365 F&O.

  • Manage full sales order cycle processes, including shipping, delivery, EDI integration, and compliance with Big Box/Mass Retailer contractual obligations.

  • Translate complex business requirements into scalable, out-of-the-box ERP solutions, leveraging standard functionality wherever possible.

  • Ensure high-quality implementations through strong project planning, stakeholder communication, and risk management.

  • Contribute to business process transformation initiatives to maximize ERP value.

Qualifications

  • MBA degree (completed or in progress) preferred for Program Management track.

  • Minimum 1 full lifecycle implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.

  • Proven experience in retail industry domains (Big Box, Mass Retail, Hardware), with strong knowledge of sales order management and EDI.

  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken) – global collaboration experience is a plus.

  • Strong analytical mindset, data-driven approach, and proficiency in program metrics and financial management.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with shipping/delivery requirement configuration and document management within Dynamics 365 F&O.

  • Experience aligning ERP architecture with strategic IT goals.

  • Familiarity with change management best practices in large-scale digital transformation projects.
