Social & Influencer Marketing Associate (External Staffing Agency)Inglewood, California, United StatesThe NFL Social Lab is seeking a bilingual (Spanish / English) video editor adept in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and Photoshop who will help bring to life imaginative video content. This role will execute a variety of projects and campaigns, supporting international channels with an emphasis on NFL Latino markets. The successful candidate is a self-starter with a willingness to learn and grow alongside the brand, a creative storyteller with experience in social video.This role is based onsite in our New York office; however, we will consider candidates to work onsite in our Inglewood, CA office.ResponsibilitiesPitch and create video optimized for social platformsEmbrace new and innovative ways to tell stories across the NFL’s social channelsIdentify opportunities to create new and fresh video content using new trends and toolsEnsure logical sequencing through organizing and trimming footage segmentsStay up to date with industry standards and best practicesHandle critical deadlines and short turnarounds in a fast-paced environmentRequired QualificationsFluency in Spanish and English (basic Portuguese also a plus)2-4 years of proven editing experience (sports editing preferred, but not required) for social and digital platformsProficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, with emphasis in Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, and Media EncoderStrong audio and music editing skillsThorough knowledge of the National Football League, associated events and storylinesMeticulous attention to detail and high level of resourcefulnessWorking knowledge of video and audio encoding, standards and formatsFamiliarity with special effects, 3D and compositing is a plusOther Key Attributes / CharacteristicsAbility to work non-traditional hours, including nights and weekendsStrong organizational skillsExceptional problem-solving skillsBachelor’s Degree preferred in film studies, cinematography or related fieldsSalary / Pay Range$40 - $42 USD per hourTerms / Expected Hours of WorkNights and Weekends, especially during the NFL seasonIn-person work at NFL offices is a top priority.
