Product Manager – Publishing & Fan Engagement

As a Product Manager in the Publishing and Fan Engagement team, you will lead the development of digital and physical experiences that delight our members, fans, and media worldwide. From immersive entertainment venues like Netflix House to engaging web properties such as Tudum.com, your work will deepen connections to our titles and help fans engage with stories, characters, and talent beyond the streaming experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute a strategic roadmap for digital and fan engagement products from concept to launch.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams—design, engineering, data science, marketing—to deliver impactful experiences.

  • Lead initiatives that support creative marketing campaigns and enable our publishing and consumer products teams.

  • Drive growth of Netflix's editorial and fan platforms, including Tudum, Queue, Written Comms, and Podcasting.

  • Use data to prioritize features, measure product impact, and refine experiences.

What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in a direct-to-consumer or creative tech environment.

  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and build strong, collaborative relationships.

Location:

Compensation:

  • Annual salary range: $120,000 - $515,000 (no bonuses; salary/stock options mix chosen annually)

Data Scientist (L5) – TV Innovation

Join Netflix’s Member Experience Data Science & Engineering team as a Data Scientist focused on TV innovation, the most-watched platform at Netflix. Your work will directly impact the viewing experience of millions, driving product innovation through rigorous measurement, experimentation, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop robust experimentation, modeling, and analytics frameworks to guide product development.
