Role Overview

We’re seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. In this role, you will serve as the frontline for our subscribers, ensuring a seamless, high-quality experience by addressing questions, resolving issues, and providing helpful guidance.   • Compensation Range: $60,000 - $240,000 annually, based on experience and personal compensation structure.
