Role Overview: Netflix Tagger (Part-Time, Remote)

We are looking for detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Netflix Taggers. This role allows you to work remotely and be part of Netflix’s ongoing efforts to enhance content discovery and viewer experience. This position is ideal for those passionate about entertainment and digital media.

Key Responsibilities

  • Tag and categorize movies, series, and games with accurate metadata to improve content recommendations.

  • Analyze and interpret diverse genres, themes, and audience types.

  • Collaborate with content, engineering, and data teams to ensure tagging accuracy.

  • Provide insightful feedback to improve tagging guidelines and tools.

  • Support Netflix’s cloud engineering team by contributing to infrastructure projects as needed.

Additional Opportunities: Senior Game Designer (External Development)

If you have a background in game development, we are also hiring for a Senior Game Designer to work on our growing portfolio of Netflix Original Games.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Collaborate with external game developers to ensure alignment with Netflix’s brand and creative standards.

  • Provide strategic and creative input throughout the game development lifecycle.

  • Evaluate and refine gameplay, visuals, sound, and story elements.

  • Drive innovation and quality in all aspects of game design.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of professional experience in cloud networking or related roles (preferably AWS).

  • Experience with game design, live services (GaAs), and cross-functional collaboration is a plus.
