Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the cash register and pharmacy shelves. Assist with inventory management by restocking shelves and monitoring expiration dates. Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries from patients and medical professionals. Collaborate with the pharmacy team to ensure timely and accurate dispensing of medications. Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols. Continuously strive to improve knowledge and skills related to pharmacy operations and customer service. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner. Adhere to state and federal regulations regarding pharmacy operations. Communicate effectively with patients and medical professionals regarding prescription pricing and insurance coverage. Maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude and work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve common goals. Participate in training programs and meetings to stay updated on company policies and procedures. Provide input and suggestions for improving customer service and operational processes.
