<strong>Position Overview<br><br></strong><strong> JOB DESCRIPTION <br><br></strong><ul><li>Demonstrates strong leadership abilities through motivating others to reach goals and continuously improve</li><li>Prioritize and assign tasks, establish procedures, provide instruction</li><li>Evaluate and review tasks with team members upon completion</li><li>Perform daily assessments of work area to ensure safety, quality, and productivity goals are achieved</li><li>Evaluate various quality and safety matters resulting from daily production activity.
