Gate 'N Green Community Association, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Projects Record Entry Clerk to join our dynamic team. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all project-related data is entered into our systems accurately and in a timely manner. Responsibilities

  • Enter and maintain accurate records of all community projects into the database.
  • Assist in generating reports and summaries related to project status and timelines.
  • Update project information based on feedback from project managers and team members.
  • Ensure all project documentation is filed and organized appropriately for easy access.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive project data and information.
  • Coordinate with other departments to collect and verify project information.
  • Support project managers by providing timely updates and alerts regarding record discrepancies.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in administration or business is a plus.
  • Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles, preferably in a community association or similar environment.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy in record-keeping.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and database management systems.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
