This role is pivotal as we aim to expand our property portfolio. With a foundation of 5 years and a vision for substantial growth, we invite you to join us on this exciting journey.

Key Responsibilities:

- Onboard new properties and clients using CognitoForms and Google Drive.

- Manage listings across Zillow, Youtube, and TurboTenant.

- Utilize TurboTenant, our Property Management System for rent collection and maintenance coordination.

- Utilize Follow Up Boss, our CRM for inbound leads current tenant communication.

- Develop and implement a social media marketing plan, including content creation and management for Instagram and Facebook.

- Review and enhance our Standard Operating Procedures.

- Create email templates using Follow Up Boss.

- Use Asana for project management and time tracking.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in social media management and content creation.

- Prior experience with property management companies, especially in long-term rentals.

- Exceptional communication skills via email or over the phone.

- Highly organized with a capability to use project management tools effectively.

- Experience with accounting strategies.

- Available to work 6 hours a day, with potential for growth.
