<strong>Job Description<br><br></strong><ul><li> This is a full-time, remote position working from 9:45am to 6:15pm CST<br><br></li></ul><strong>Responsibilities<br><br></strong>American Guardian Warranty Services, Inc. (AGWS), an affiliate of Reynolds and Reynolds, is seeking Claims Adjuster – Automotive for our growing team. In this role you will work remotely and be responsible for investigating, evaluating and negotiating minor to complex vehicle repair costs to accurately determine coverage and liability. You will take inbound calls to determine coverage based on contracts in order to appropriately resolve customer issues. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:<br><br><ul><li> Answering inbound calls</li><li> Provide information about claim processing and explain the different levels of contract coverage and terms</li><li> Accurately establish, review and authorize claims</li><li> Entering claim and contract information into the AGWS’ system<br><br></li></ul>A home office package will be provided for this position. This includes two computer monitors, a laptop, keyboard and mouse.<br><br><br><br><strong>Requirements<br><br></strong><ul><li>2+ years of experience as an automotive mechanic within a service department, dealership, or independent shop</li><li>2+ years of experience adjusting automobile mechanical claims</li><li>ASE certification is a plus</li><li>Must have a quiet designated work space to work from home</li><li>Must have reliable internet with at least a download speed of 50mbps</li><li>Must be able to work effectively under pressure in a fast paced environment</li><li>Strong communication skills</li><li>Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills</li><li>High school diploma<br><br></li></ul><strong>Benefits<br><br></strong><strong>Benefits<br><br></strong>We strive to offer an environment that provides our associates with the right balance between work and family.
