Job Title: Remote SEO Support Specialist (100% Work From Home) 

Location: Remote from Latin America

Position Type: Full-time

Salary: $1,200 - 1,500 USD/month via Wise

Schedule: Monday - Friday, preferred to work most hours during standard U.S. workday but has some flexibility

 
Job Overview:
Our client is a fast-growing marketing agency specializing in the self storage industry. Their mission is to take the guesswork out of marketing for self-storage businesses across the U.S., Canada, and beyond. They do this through clear data, radical transparency, and an obsessive focus on ROI. A major part of that strategy is paid search (SEO) – driving customers to online rentals through
optimized organic search.
 
About the role:
As an SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing and executing on-page and off-page optimization strategies that drive search engine rankings and organic traffic. You’ll work closely with our SEO director to ensure all SEO best practices are integrated into every aspect of our partners’ digital presence. 
 
Responsibilities: 
  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities
  • Optimize website content, metadata, images, and internal linking for SEO performance
  • Use tools such as Birdeye and BrightLocal to track and optimize local search results progress
  • Perform technical SEO audits to identify crawl errors, indexing issues, CLS, and page speed using tools such as SEMRush, Ahrefs and Screaming Frog
  • Support link building and outreach initiatives
  • Contribute to content strategies by providing SEO-focused recommendations
 
Qualifications, Skills, and Key Competencies:   
  • 1–2 years of hands-on SEO experience (in-house or agency)
  • Experience working with local SEO, Google Business Profile, and multi-location brands
  • Proficiency with SEMrush or Ahrefs
  • Proficiency with Google Search Console
  • Strong understanding of ranking factors, technical SEO, and on-page best practices
  • Experience with basic HTML, metadata, and CMS platforms like WordPress or
  • Duda
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Bonus Points For

  • Familiarity with schema markup and structured data implementation
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics
