Job Title: Customer Service Virtual Assistant (Night Shift | Remote | US Hours)

Work Hours: 8 hour night shift Mon to Fri: 9:30 PM to 5:30 AM IST (USA Pacific time coverage)

Salary range: Up to Rs 40,000 per month (based on experience, skills and shift)

Sosa Virtual provides virtual receptionist and business support services to small businesses across North America. We help our clients manage their calls, appointments, and customer interactions efficiently.

We are looking for a  fluent English-speaking, confident, and proactive Virtual Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should be able to  answer calls for multiple businesses, engage with clients, and book appointments while maintaining professionalism and a friendly tone.

Receptionist Support

You'll handle receptionist duties for multiple small businesses in a professional, kind, and confident way. Tasks include:

  • Answering incoming calls using a VoIP system and greeting callers warmly
  • Making outbound calls and texts to customers to communicate information clearly and politely
  • Booking, rescheduling, and confirming appointments in scheduling applications (like Janeapp) and calendars
  • Taking clear, accurate messages and following up when needed
  • Handling basic customer service questions or routing them to the right person
  • Making outbound reminder or follow-up calls as required
  • Logging call notes and updates into CRMs or shared tools
  • Acting as the first point of contact — making every caller feel heard and valued

Administrative Support

You'll also support general admin tasks that help businesses stay organized and efficient. Tasks may include:

  • Managing email inboxes and organizing messages
  • Creating and updating documents, SOPs, and templates
  • Organizing files and folders in Google Drive
  • Completing online research or data entry
  • Scheduling meetings or making travel bookings
  • Updating basic information in websites, CRMs, or booking platforms
  • Supporting other admin duties as needed to keep operations running smoothly

Requirements

  • Must be able to work 8 hours Mon- Fri night shifts: 6:30 PM to 2:30 AM  OR 9:30 PM to 5:30 AM IST
  • Fluent in spoken and written English with clear, confident communication skills
  • Must own a  high-speed laptop and have a  stable, high-speed internet connection
  • Must be  Tech-savvy (email, tools, shortcuts, AI, etc.)
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Previous experience in customer service, virtual assistance, or receptionist roles
