Job Summary

The Senior Operational Technician is responsible for supporting all functions throughout the filling/bottling process to safely produce the highest quality and best tasting beverage in the world.

Job Responsibilities

  • Relieve, support, and assist in training of Operational Technicians for all positions on assigned production line. Perform routine checks and inspections to identify and resolve any equipment malfunctions/abnormalities, ensuring minimal downtime. Perform and/or assist in product and package changeovers. Perform required Cleaning, Inspection, and Lubrication (CIL) maintenance on equipment.
  • Analyze and interpret Safety, Quality, and Line Performance data to provide recommendations for achieving key performance indicator (KPI).
  • Conducts visual quality inspections of product and enters quality information into the quality database system; communicates any out-of-specification findings and takes appropriate action.
  • Perform basic fault intervention with LGV's and interfacing with the E80 software.
  • Document and maintain accurate records of production data, equipment maintenance, and process parameters.
  • Troubleshoot equipment faults; identify and seek to understand issues or malfunctions that occur with the machine. As appropriate, perform corrective actions including minor adjustments on packaging equipment (basic tool use may be required). Collaborate with Support Teams to resolve operational challenges that may arise throughout the production cycle.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve production targets and maximize efficiency.
  • Adhere to all regulatory requirements, company safety guidelines, policies, and procedures. Complete assigned training.


Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • A minimum of one year of work experience is required.
  • Experience working with minimal supervision.
  • Critical thinking skills - ability to assessand complete tasks in order of urgency.
  • Ability to quickly assess and manage tasks based on production demands and safety protocol.
  • Mechanical and technical skills with hands-on experience in troubleshooting, repair, or operations preferred.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data preferred.
  • Basic math skills, mechanical aptitude, and reading comprehension strongly preferred.
  • Basic computer application and technology skills; knowledge of how to operate a tablet or laptop.
  • Knowledge of LEAN methodologies and TPM (Total Preventative Maintenance) processes, including 5S, Root-Cause Analysis, and continuous improvement practices preferred.
  • Prior experience using pallet jack preferred.


Physical Requirements

  • Speaking: Often (communicate with other operators and leads)
  • Acute Vision: Constantly (observing both near and far, reading documents, monitors)
  • Mobility: Frequent travel around the equipment they operate.
  • Bending/Squatting: Occasional bending and squatting to clean and operate machinery.
  • Dexterity: Frequent use of hands to operate machinery.
  • Lifting: Lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Climbing: Occasional use of ladders or stairs.

Pay: $23.50 an hour
