Join us as we work together to ensure every item in every store is on the shelf and ready to delight consumers! As a Senior Customer Service Supply Chain Analyst, you will build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with our customers, Kellanova Sales, and Kellanova Supply Chain. Your ability to influence customers, our account team, and our internal supply teams is essential for success in this role. You will balance maximizing in-stock and case-fill rates while minimizing inventory levels. This role involves managing inventories, executing features, and performing shelf resets while executing our sales strategy.


 


In this role, you will report to the Director of Customer Supply Chain. You will frequently interact with Sales Executives, Customer Senior Management, and Internal Cross-Functional Partners, all of whom impact our service and relationships with customers. This is a hybrid role based in Rodgers, Arkansas.


 


A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing


 



  • Customer Service & Collaboration – Develop and manage personalized customer and replenishment strategies in assigned market areas with the highest demand for Kellogg products, including in-stock management, new item launches, demand planning, and inventory management.

  • Lead Through Influence – Effectively influence customer Replenishment Managers to gain support for replenishment policies that maximize product availability at the store level while minimizing inventory in the supply chain. Work diligently to balance service and cost for the entire supply chain while meeting or exceeding customer targets.

  • Be a Supply Chain Champion – Act as a Supply Chain advocate for Field Sales Partners, Integrated Planning, and all corporate departments to ensure customers’ replenishment expectations are met from order placement through retail sale.

  • Guide With Technology – Utilize system tools and data to provide exceptional customer service, replenishment levels, and proactive inventory management. Experience in related systems such as Scintilla and Retail Link are critical to this role.

  • Continuous Improvement – Focus on improving case-fill rates and reducing cuts while delivering on-time performance.


 


We’re Looking for Someone With


 



  • High School Diploma/GED and demonstrated/relevant experience in Consumer-Packaged Goods.

  • A proven track record of high performance and the qualifications to service key customers within a team environment.

  • Proven success at influencing others to deliver results and create a winning team culture.

  • The ability to be an independent problem-solver with robust leadership skills.

  • A high degree of attention to detail and previous experience communicating complex and/or detailed information to multiple audiences with differing knowledge levels.


 


Compensation


The annual salary range is $72,600 - $95,235, which is based on various factors such as location, experience and skill. Discretionary bonuses based on company and individual performance are also available.
