About the Role

As a Strategy & Business Analysis Manager on the Frameworks, Stock and Item (Taste) team, you will play a key role in transforming the retail inventory experience of the future. Your work will support the development of intelligent store systems and dynamic digital product flows powered by innovative supply chain technologies.

You will also support Global Reporting initiatives by leading the creation of high-impact monthly and quarterly reporting packages for senior leadership and executive teams. You’ll drive financial and operational analysis, streamline processes, and deliver insights to support fast decision-making and business transformation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Foster a culture of benchmarking and innovation using internal and external insights.

  • Leverage emerging technologies to optimize store and supply chain operations.

  • Conduct financial and operational impact assessments using alternative analysis techniques.

  • Develop comprehensive business cases, focusing on capability analysis, opportunity identification, and strategic prioritization.

  • Create compelling data visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders.

  • Drive continuous improvement of consolidated operating margin analysis.

  • Mentor junior team members and provide first-level review of their work.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to develop plans, measure outcomes, and identify process improvements.

  • Present analysis to senior leadership, offering recommendations and identifying areas for growth.

We’d Love to Hear From People With:

  • Strong background in data analysis, financial modeling, and strategic planning.

  • Experience in business management consulting or similar analytical roles.

  • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Microsoft Power BI or Tableau.

  • Working knowledge of financial and statistical principles.

  • Familiarity with inventory management systems and Oracle BI applications.

  • Basic knowledge of SQL and data transformation tools like Alteryx (preferred).

  • Experience in the QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) or retail inventory flow industry (preferred).

  • Expertise in root cause analysis and systems design (preferred).

  • Project management experience with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

  • Strong storytelling and influence skills to drive decision-making at senior levels.
