About the Role

For one unforgettable year, you'll travel to iconic Starbucks locations—from Milan to Tokyo, Colombia to Costa Rica, and beyond—capturing the experiences, people, and flavors that make Starbucks unique. Whether abroad or working remotely between trips, you’ll be creating compelling social content that shows why Starbucks coffee hits different.

What You'll Do

  • Travel to 10–15 designated Starbucks locations globally between August 2025 and July 2026.

  • Create and post authentic, social-first content (especially on TikTok and Instagram) about Starbucks products, people, and global experiences.

  • Highlight regional menu items and specialty drinks, and engage with local communities and baristas.

  • Pitch ideas, edit, and publish high-quality videos aligned with brand guidelines.

  • Collaborate with Starbucks’ global marketing team on storytelling strategy and content planning.

What We’re Looking For

  • Passion for coffee, travel, and storytelling.

  • Strong social media presence and content creation skills (TikTok and Instagram).

  • Proficiency with editing tools such as Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, etc.

  • Comfortable being on camera and engaging with diverse communities.

  • Ability to manage your schedule, travel frequently, and work independently.

  • A valid passport and willingness to comply with international travel and health regulations.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old, a U.S. resident, and have a high school diploma or equivalent.

About the Role

You will manage a team dedicated to handling executive escalations, monitoring social conversations, and collaborating with key stakeholders to enhance customer care strategies. You'll empower partners with tools, data, and resources while guiding the team through continuous improvement and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
