We’re hiring for two impactful remote roles that support Starbucks partners and store operations across North America:

Senior Operations Consultation Manager – Ops Excellence, Standards

As a Senior Operations Consultation Manager on the Ops Excellence – Standards team, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring that our retail standards and operational content are optimized to support retail excellence. You will collaborate with subject matter experts across the enterprise to refine and organize key operational processes and ensure consistent execution across our stores.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead cross-functional collaboration sessions with subject matter experts.

  • Optimize and structure retail operational content to support clear, efficient execution.

  • Ensure alignment on retail standards with all stakeholders.

  • Support ongoing improvement of store operations through effective standardization.

We'd love to hear from people with:

  • Strong leadership, change management, and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience influencing across all levels of an organization.

  • Deep knowledge of retail operations and store procedures.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Partner Relations Consultant – Labor Relations

As a Partner Relations Consultant, you’ll act as a strategic resource to support Starbucks retail leaders across the U.S. and Canada. You’ll consult on complex partner concerns, performance management, and labor relations, ensuring that all partners are treated fairly, consistently, and in alignment with Starbucks mission and values.

In this role, you will:

  • Advise leaders on complex employee relations issues, particularly in represented/petitioning locations.

  • Lead investigations and partner concern resolutions with objectivity and care.

  • Interpret and coach on Starbucks policies and employment laws.

  • Analyze data to identify workplace trends and recommend solutions.

  • Drive projects and initiatives that enhance the partner experience.

  • Coach and develop other Partner Relations team members.

We'd love to hear from people with:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Psychology, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 6+ years of HR or operations leadership experience with a focus on employee relations.

  • 3+ years of labor relations experience.

  • Strong consulting skills and ability to influence senior leaders.

  • Willingness to travel up to 20% and support partners across multiple time zones.
