We're currently hiring for two key roles: Senior Project Manager, Channel Operations and PRO Shared Services Analyst, Partner Contact Center. Senior Project Manager – Channel Operations

Location: Flexible/Remote | Compensation: $35/hour

As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead strategic initiatives that enhance the customer and partner experience across key Starbucks channels, including Drive-Thru, Mobile Order & Pay, Café, and Delivery. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams from Store Operations, Finance, Technology, and Store Development to develop, implement, and manage impactful programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a strategic thought partner in prioritizing and planning workstreams for channel initiatives.

  • Lead program timelines, manage resources, and align stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.

  • Facilitate clear, collaborative communication across teams, managing risks and dependencies.

  • Drive efficient problem-solving, leveraging business acumen and project management expertise.

  • Ensure projects align with Starbucks’ program management standards and deliver expected results on time and within budget.

  • Collect, analyze, and report performance metrics, supporting continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Experience managing large-scale or multiple mid-sized projects in matrixed organizations.

  • Strong collaboration, leadership, and communication skills.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Project).

  • PMP certification preferred.

  • Retail or multi-location business experience a plus.

  • Passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion; strong attention to detail.

PRO Shared Services Analyst – Partner Contact Center

Location: Flexible/Remote | Compensation: $35/hour

As a PRO Shared Services Analyst, you will be the first point of contact for partners seeking support on HR policies, benefits, pay, and more. You will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service by resolving complex inquiries through critical thinking, active listening, and case management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage high volumes of inbound calls, ensuring timely and accurate support.

  • Apply critical thinking to assess and resolve partner needs, documenting all interactions.

  • Clearly communicate policies, processes, and solutions.

  • Leverage multiple systems to research and troubleshoot partner concerns.

  • Act as an escalation point for complex or critical issues, ensuring resolution.

Qualifications:

  • Background in customer service or call center environments.

  • Experience in case management, issue resolution, and continuous improvement.

  • Human resources experience or related education preferred.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.
