    $71,000 – $128,000

  • Senior Manager, UX – Inspire & Motivate Team
    $128,000 – $231,000

About Roundel:

Roundel is Target’s in-house media company, focused on delivering marketing solutions powered by first-party data, brand-safe environments, and measurable results. Roundel redefines value in media by solving core industry challenges rather than replicating existing methods.

Role Summary:

As Account Manager, you will lead integrated marketing and media strategies for Roundel clients in the Kitchen, Storage, and Utility category. You'll manage client relationships, develop multi-channel proposals, and ensure successful campaign execution through close collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as primary client contact from annual planning to tactical execution

  • Create integrated campaign proposals including audience strategies and media mix

  • Present strategic recommendations tailored to client objectives

  • Consult with internal partners on category trends and marketing needs

  • Collaborate with teams across Analytics, Sales, Ad Ops, and Channel Development
