  • Senior Data Analyst: $87,000.00 – $156,000.00

  • Sr. Strategist, Talent Partnerships & Influencer Marketing: $89,700.00 – $161,500.00

1. Senior Data Analyst – Marketing Analytics & Insights

About the Role
Join Target’s Marketing Analytics and Insights team, where data becomes the voice of our guests, stores, and business. This role is ideal for a curious, collaborative analyst with a passion for data storytelling and strategic insight. Your mission is to uncover performance trends and translate them into clear, actionable strategies that inspire decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct deep-dive and ad hoc analyses to explain business performance and guide strategic decisions.

  • Develop engaging dashboards and visualizations (e.g., in Tableau or Power BI).

  • Present insights and lead storytelling sessions with stakeholders and leadership.

  • Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships to align analytics with evolving business needs.

Qualifications
