Role Overview

As a Specialty Sales Team Leader, you’ll lead a team of consultants in one or more departments such as Apparel & Accessories, Home, Beauty, Baby, or Electronics. You will drive guest satisfaction, ensure compelling visual merchandising, and support the team in achieving sales and operational goals.

About the Role

As a Senior UX Researcher on the Enterprise UX Team, you’ll shape the digital experience for Target’s vendor partners and support Owned Brands through deep human-centered research. This role is critical in enhancing Target’s digital ecosystem, ensuring ease, simplicity, and meaningful engagement across the product lifecycle.
