Position 1: Lead Engineer – Red Team (Cybersecurity)

About the Role

Join Target Cybersecurity as a Lead Engineer on the Red Team, where you’ll conduct advanced adversary emulation operations to uncover security risks and strengthen our defenses. This is a senior technical role (not a management role) focused on offensive security operations, mentoring junior team members, and driving improvements through collaboration with Blue Teams and Cyber Threat Intelligence.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute adversary emulation/red team operations

  • Research threat actor tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs)

  • Develop tools and playbooks to bypass security controls

  • Collaborate with Incident Response, Threat Hunting, and Detection teams

  • Present findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Contribute to Purple Team engagements and internal security consulting

  • Manage tasks using tools like GitHub and JIRA

  • Stay current with evolving security threats and techniques

Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years in offensive or defensive cybersecurity

  • Strong offensive security knowledge and red team experience

  • Skilled in Python, C#, Rust, Go, or C

  • Experience with adversary simulation in large, complex organizations

  • Ability to develop and execute strategic objectives

  • Strong collaboration, mentorship, and communication skills

Preferred Skills

  • Deep experience in adversary emulation and threat actor replication

  • Familiarity with defensive operations (Incident Response, Detection)

  • Creative problem-solving and system subversion expertise

Work Arrangement

Remote or Hybrid (“Flex for Your Day”) available depending on team needs. Work must be performed within the U.S.

Position 2: Director, Partner Solutions – Beauty (Media Sales)

About the Role

As Director of Partner Solutions – Beauty, you will lead a high-performing sales and client management team within Target’s in-house media company, Roundel. You’ll drive revenue growth in the Beauty category by developing strategic client solutions, building industry relationships, and delivering innovative media strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of media sales and client management professionals

  • Set sales strategy for the Beauty category, ensuring revenue targets are met

  • Standardize client communications and deliverables

  • Develop healthy sales pipelines and relationship management strategies

  • Partner with internal teams (Merchandising, Creative, Media Ops) for integrated solutions

  • Act as executive lead in client meetings and industry events

  • Identify growth opportunities and maintain deep industry knowledge

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 10+ years in digital/media sales with $200M+ revenue experience

  • Proven leadership and team development experience
