About the position

Responsibilities

  • Drive the implementation and execution of Technology Growth Plans with dealers in the regions.
  • Support dealer technology organization creation or expansion in line with the Construction Industries Technology Playbook.
  • Ensure impactful value selling messages reach field teams, dealers, and customers.
  • Achieve annual go-to-market goals including business execution and KPI management.
  • Provide Voice of Customer and Voice of Dealer insights for new product introductions.
  • Lead strategic recommendations for go-to-market and sales execution models.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize customer needs and satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership skills with commercial acumen and industry knowledge.
  • Ability in strategic thinking and organizational acumen.
  • Knowledge of effective influencing tactics and strategies.

  • Bachelor's degree
