Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain client accounts and relationships.

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless logistics processes.

  • Monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights for supply chain performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in supply chain analysis or logistics.

  • Experience with UPS integration is highly preferred.

  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and multitasking skills.
