Overview

The UPS Store, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of UPS, is the world’s largest franchisor of retail shipping, postal, printing, and business service centers with over 5,000 independently owned locations in the U.S. and Canada. We are seeking a Real Estate Supervisor to manage lease negotiations, site selections, and landlord relationships for new, relocating, or existing franchise locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage lease negotiations, renewals, relocations, rent concessions, and disputes for franchisee-owned locations.

  • Conduct market research, analyze GIS data, and assess site selection options using analytical tools.

  • Develop strong relationships with brokers, landlords, and developers to secure prime store placements.

  • Review Letters of Intent (LOIs), lease drafts, and site packages with urgency and precision.

  • Assist franchisees with lease assignments during store transfers or sales.

  • Present in management and executive-level meetings; maintain project timelines through CRM and technology tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of retail real estate and franchise/franchisor relationships.

  • Demonstrated experience in complex lease negotiations and contract management.

  • Real estate license or certification preferred.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and adept at learning new software quickly.

  • Self-starter, detail-oriented, and able to multitask across multiple projects.

Overview

We are seeking a Web Supervisor to lead the development and continuous improvement of our franchisee-facing extranet platform. This role is ideal for a candidate passionate about organizing complex content and delivering intuitive, user-friendly digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate current extranet functionality and define immediate and long-term improvement strategies.

  • Develop a content roadmap to optimize information delivery for franchisees.

  • Incorporate industry best practices and user behavior analytics into the platform design.

  • Oversee full project lifecycle including planning, vendor management, and timely execution.

  • Lead one direct report (Web Specialist) and collaborate with external vendors for web development (HTML/CSS) in compliance with UPS Store brand standards.

  • Prepare vendor Statements of Work and manage project deliverables against timelines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.

  • Proficiency in web content management systems, HTML, and CSS.
