Job Description 1: Graphic Design Specialist

Summary:

The Graphic Design Specialist plays a vital role on the Creative Services team within The UPS Store’s Marketing Department. This position focuses on designing, editing, and publishing a wide range of marketing assets to the Marketing Help Center (MHC)—a platform that supports over 5,400 franchise locations nationwide with hundreds of print and digital promotional tools.

This role also supports the fulfillment of Custom Creative Requests, addressing over 2,700 annually, and directly enables franchisees to market locally while maintaining brand standards and driving revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, update, and publish both print and digital marketing assets to the MHC, ensuring brand compliance and quality.

  • Fulfill Custom Creative Requests submitted by franchisees in a timely, professional manner.

  • Provide support through the Creative Services inbox, maintaining high standards of customer service.

  • Collaborate with internal departments across The UPS Store to meet cross-functional creative needs.

  • Organize project files, track tasks, and ensure timely asset delivery.

  • Identify and suggest improvements to creative processes and franchisee-facing materials.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.

  • Experience: 1–3 years in graphic design, preferably in marketing or agency settings.

  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

  • Soft Skills: Detail-oriented, strong communicator, excellent time management, able to meet tight deadlines.

  • Experience working directly with clients or internal stakeholders is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with content or digital asset management systems.

  • Experience designing for both print and digital formats.

  • Knowledge of franchise or retail marketing environments.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Salary: $110,000 – $120,000 + Overtime + Vehicle Allowance + Benefits
