Utilize your knowledge and experience in customer experience, healthcare, or a related field to provide exceptional support and guidance. Effectively manage your time, prioritizing tasks and triaging competing demands in a high-call-volume environment. Essential Qualifications: At least 1 year of outbound customer experience in a call center, claims, benefits, fundraising, or healthcare scheduling practices. Passion for mental health and emotional well-being, behavioral health, community outreach, resources, healthcare, or active volunteerism. Demonstrated excellence in providing outstanding customer service over the phone and via email. Excellent interpersonal skills, including communication and listening. Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with self-motivation and discipline. College graduate or Associate's degree in a customer-related field. Reside in AR, AZ, FL, GA, IL, KY, MA, MD, MN, NC, NE, NV, OH, SC, TN, TX, VA, or WI. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in a healthcare or customer experience role. Familiarity with employee benefit ecosystems and healthcare navigation. Experience working in a high-call-volume environment. Knowledge of mental health and emotional well-being resources.
