Walgreens is seeking a motivated Analyst to join our IT Data Engineering and Analytics teams. This role supports the Walgreens Healthcare Quality Improvement program by maintaining data infrastructure and enabling automated reporting. Responsibilities

  • Support delivery of Walgreens Health data insights and reporting projects.

  • Develop and maintain ETL/ELT processes for long-term and ad hoc data warehousing needs.

  • Define standards for data formatting and pre-processing tied to operational reports.

  • Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading from internal and third-party sources.

  • Automate data processing and validation tasks.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience writing and optimizing SQL for ETL/ELT tasks.

  • Familiarity with BI platforms (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) and semantic data layers.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with technical teams and stakeholders.

  • 2+ years of experience influencing business or financial decisions.

  • Experience in leading or contributing to cross-functional teams.

  • Willingness to travel up to 5% for business purposes.

Job Summary
