Job Summary
The Warehouse Lead position plays a critical role in ensuring the integrity and precision of our warehouse operations. This role will be making sure filter orders go out to the customer are correct and double checked. This role involves meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy in all processes. The ideal candidate will work closely with various teams to verify data, conduct audits, and implement corrective measures as needed.

Responsibilities

- Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the warehouse

- Making sure all will-calls are pulled and done each day.

- Making sure walk-ins are helped and orders pulled timely.

- Getting together the deliveries for the following day and week.

- Unloading the trucks and getting the product put up that can be put up. Making sure stock trucks are put up same day.

- Monitoring shipments (LTL, FedEx and UPS) are pulled and put together to go out.

- Making sure the warehouse looks organized and clean.

- Making sure the trash and trash bins taken out multiple times a day.

- Beginning of each following month cleaning up will call area and putting orders back. (ones that have standard stock and are older then 30 days)

- Managing warehouse staff and ensuring they carry out their tasks efficiently.

- Managing inventory: Organizing and maintaining inventory, and stock control. Doing weekly inventory on all filters and belts. Will submit forms to operations manager for ordering filters and belts.

Experience

  • Previous experience in warehouse and ability to lead others.
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in using data management software and tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
