Role and Responsi ... bilities As a Warehouse Stocker at Amazon Warehouse, you will play a vital role in supporting inventory flow and ensuring that shelves are properly stocked and organized for picking and packing operations. Key responsibilities include: • Stocking & Organization: Stock and organize products on shelves, bins, or racks while ensuring clear labeling and accessibility. • Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, assist with cycle counts, and report discrepancies or damaged products. • Receiving & Processing: Assist with receiving shipments, unpacking inventory, and labeling products according to Amazon standards. • Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace, using equipment such as pallet jacks or carts safely. • Team Collaboration: Work closely with pickers, packers, and supervisors to meet productivity goals and support other departments during high-volume periods. Required Skills and Experience • High school diploma or equivalent (GED). • Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs safely and repeatedly. • Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and moving throughout long shifts. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory. • Basic computer skills and familiarity with scanners or warehouse systems.
