Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct inbound and outbound calls to US-based candidates, effectively screening them against client’s hiring criteria and job requirements.

  • Utilize the call-in tool to accurately record call outcomes, maintaining timely and precise documentation.

  • Motivate and guide candidates to complete job applications and assist in scheduling or rescheduling their first day of work to ensure a smooth onboarding process.

  • Review application forms thoroughly to ensure all candidate details are accurately and completely filled out.

  • Manage inbound candidate queries via phone, email, and text, providing prompt and professional responses to resolve concerns.

  • Handle issue resolution through a ticketing platform; familiarity with ServiceNow is a distinct advantage.

  • Maintain a quality score of 90% and above by consistently meeting or exceeding performance and customer satisfaction targets.

  • Escalate complex candidate or process-related issues to appropriate team members or supervisors for timely resolution.

  • Establish and maintain robust process controls by regularly updating and validating documentation, ensuring compliance with organizational and client requirements.

  • Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvements aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, accuracy, and control.

  • Actively engage in team-building activities, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.

  • Safeguard the confidentiality and security of sensitive candidate and client data, strictly adhering to data protection policies and guidelines.
